Financial Analyst

Pay Range: $28-$32 per hour (depending on experience)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support North America rebate and incentive programs. In this role, you will process rebate transactions, track performance, prepare reports, and partner with Sales and Marketing to support pricing strategies that drive sales while protecting profitability.

Candidates must complete a company-provided assessment as part of the hiring process.

• Process North America contractor and customer rebates (including Spiffs, Counter Spiffs, Volume Buys, Builder Credits, EOM, FTP, and Job Quotes) accurately and on time according to company guidelines.
• Track and maintain monthly contractor SPIFF and Volume Buy rebate amounts and related purchase data.
• Prepare and distribute the monthly N.A. contractor SPIFF rebate report to sales personnel.
• Review rebate programs for accuracy, resolve exceptions with the sales team, and support U.S. customer rebate calculations and processing.
• Assist with timely and accurate quarterly and year-end rebate accruals.
• Support N.A. contractor loyalty program payment processing.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing on pricing proposals and rebate programs; help centralize, summarize, and document pricing programs.
• Assist in developing a pricing review process that incorporates gross-to-net impact analysis.
• Audit pricing and rebate rules in the system to ensure calculation accuracy.
• Update and maintain sales and rebate databases; verify invoices and other accounting records.
• Contribute to ongoing project implementations and provide other financial information as needed by Shared Services.
• Follow and recommend improvements to policies and procedures.

• Preferred:
  Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
• Preferred:
  Two years of financial or accounting experience.
• Preferred:
  Manufacturing industry experience.
• Strong attention to detail, professional attitude, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively across teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Fully on-site in an office environment (standard office equipment).
• Occasional travel up to 10%.
• Must be able to remain stationary approximately 50% of the time and occasionally move about the office; constant computer use required.
• Flexible hours (including occasional nights or weekends) may be needed to meet deadlines.
• This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with an expected assignment length of 4-5 months.

This role offers hands-on experience supporting critical sales and profitability initiatives in a collaborative Shared Services environment.
