Analyst, Real Estate Investments

Corten Real Estate is looking for an Analyst – Investments to join their team in Philadelphia. This role involves supporting the firm’s investment and portfolio management processes, from deal analysis to asset disposition. You’ll have the chance to work closely with senior team members and make a real impact on investment decisions in a collaborative environment.

• Conduct underwriting and market analyses for investment opportunities
• Assist in the due diligence process for new investments
• Prepare investment memoranda and other documents for the investment committee
• Develop and update valuation models
• Conduct market research to identify new investment targets
• Help create marketing and reporting presentations

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or real estate preferred
• 2+ years in real estate private equity, investment banking, or structured finance
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Highly organized and a self-starter
