Financial Analyst

A growing, established organization is seeking two Financial Analysts to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2+ years of finance, accounting, or analytical experience who is looking to join a collaborative team and continue building their financial analysis experience.

• Prepare and maintain recurring financial reports and analysis
• Analyze financial and operational data using Excel
• Track financial activity and maintain supporting schedules
• Review transactions and financial information for accuracy
• Identify and research discrepancies
• Assist with financial reconciliations and accruals
• Maintain and update financial data within internal systems
• Prepare analysis to support business and management decision-making
• Work with various departments to gather and analyze financial information
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities
• Support ongoing finance projects and process improvements
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis as needed

• 2+ years of Finance, Accounting, Financial Analysis, or related experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required, including VLOOKUP and SUMIFS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with financial data and large spreadsheets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
