VMSC Emergency Medical Services is a nonprofit EMS organization dedicated to making a difference one day, one call, one life at a time. Founded in 1933 by Dr. Frank Boston, a pioneering physician and veteran, VMSC has grown into one of the region's leading providers of mobile healthcare.

Our purpose is to deliver comprehensive mobile health services and innovative pre-hospital care to the communities of the Delaware Valley. We proudly serve Montgomery, Philadelphia, Delaware and New Castle Counties through emergency response, interfacility transport, mobile integrated healthcare, and community paramedicine. Beyond responding to emergencies, we are expanding the scope of EMS by providing preventive and primary care services, community health education, and continuous professional development for our personnel—ensuring that we meet the evolving healthcare needs of the populations we serve.

We’re hiring Full-Time Paramedics in our Delaware division

• Provide top-tier emergency medical care with professionalism and compassion

• Practice to the full scope of Delaware Paramedic Protocols

• Delaware Paramedic license, or eligible upon hire
• EVO certification
• National Registry Paramedic certification
• ACLS, PALS & Healthcare Provider CPR
• PHTLS
• Completion of ICs 100, 200, 700 & 800 (online options available)
• A clean state driver’s license
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• A commitment to teamwork, safety, and excellence
