Day‑Shift RN (7a‑7p, full‑time) caring for complex cardiac step‑down patients with a clear path to grow into ICU practice. You’ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with an interdisciplinary team that values your voice and your expertise.

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• 4‑Year / Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• if your RN license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more, completion of a Board‑approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. You must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.

• One year relevant experience, preferred.

• Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
• ENPC, TNCC or CEN; preferred.
• NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire, required.
