• Ability to document student progress accurately and maintain confidentiality
• Effective communication skills with students, families, and staff

• Deliver direct therapy in small group or individual sessions as outlined by supervising SLP
• Support with speech and language screenings and therapeutic activities
• Assist in preparing materials and organizing sessions to meet students’ IEP goals
• Track progress and maintain documentation for school records
• Work in conjunction with classroom teachers and support staff to ensure the best educational outcomes
• Participate in meetings and training as needed
