Location: Wilmington VA Medical Center - Wilmington, DE

Available Shifts
- 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
- 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
- 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM (Sunday night-Thursday night)
Responsibilities
- Perform moderate and high complexity laboratory testing
- Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation
- Perform quality control and quality assurance activities
- Evaluate specimens and validate results
- Troubleshoot equipment and testing issues
- Report critical values and maintain laboratory documentation
- Utilize the Laboratory Information System (LIS)
- Ensure compliance with CAP, CLIA, OSHA, and VA policies
Qualifications
- ASCP Certification (MLS, MT, or CLS)
- Experience in hospital or clinical laboratory settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of chemistry, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, and laboratory operations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
