• Greet every arriving and departing guest with a warm welcome, using their name to create a personal connection. Escort guests to their rooms, assist with luggage, and ensure they feel fully at home in the hotel.
• Store and retrieve guest luggage for both day visits and overnight stays.
• Share knowledge of the hotel's amenities, services, and the surrounding Wilmington community, offering dining and entertainment recommendations with confidence.
• Serve as an ambassador for HOTEL DU PONT and the city we are proud to call home.

• Natural people-person who finds genuine joy in making others feel welcome.
• Polished, attentive, and able to engage guests and team members with warmth and professionalism at all times.
• Resourceful and responsive, with the ability to fulfill guest requests, including challenging ones, in a timely manner.
• Physically able to stand, walk, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds, and comfortable navigating stairs throughout a shift.
• Flexible with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required; prior guest-facing hospitality experience is a plus.
