About the RoleHotel Management & Consulting seeks a positive, professional, problem‑solving Night Guest Attendant. You will be the face of the property and first point of contact for guests during the overnight shift, working independently.

Benefits- Hourly Rate: $15.25 - $17.25, depending on experience.

- Property Inspections:
Conduct regular inspections throughout the night, ensuring safety and security. - Guest Services:
Assist with checking in and checking out guests after hours, providing excellent customer service and addressing needs. - Laundry Duties:
Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels; maintain a clean laundry area. - Cleaning & Maintenance:
Vacuum, dust, and sanitize public areas; stock supplies; prepare rooms that housekeeping could not clear during the day. - Emergency Procedures:
Follow property emergency procedures and ensure security needs of guests are met. - Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proactive in solving problems.
- Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for long periods.
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
