We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our client located in Wilmington.
This is a critical mid-level direct hire role responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process for various departments within our client's organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various departments.
- Source, engage, and hire mission-aligned professionals.
Qualifications
- A minimum of four (4) years of dedicated talent acquisition experience, including at least 1 year experience working for or closely with non-profit organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience recruiting for a range of roles, including both administrative and specialized program staff.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in the non-profit sector.
