Job Overview

Search Solution Group is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner - Corporate Functions on behalf of our client, a global supplier of advanced technologies and performance materials serving industries including electronics, healthcare, and aerospace. This role serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leaders across Corporate Functions, driving talent strategies that support business objectives, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure effective people practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leaders across Finance, Legal, Digital, Commercial & Strategy, and Human Resources
  • Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, influencing decisions and challenging the status quo when appropriate
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business strategies and long-term goals
  • Lead organizational design efforts to ensure the business is positioned for future growth
  • Partner with leaders to address workforce and talent challenges and drive business outcomes
  • Oversee annual planning for workforce resourcing, rewards, and learning and development initiatives
  • Facilitate organizational and talent reviews to strengthen leadership capability and bench strength
  • Leverage data and analytics to enhance organizational effectiveness and workforce planning
  • Coach leaders on performance management, team development, and inclusive leadership practices
  • Identify opportunities to improve employee engagement, productivity, and retention
  • Support leadership in developing and executing effective employee communication strategies
  • Coach leaders to strengthen strategic vision and execution capabilities
Requirements Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Strong background in HR business partnering, talent management, succession planning, inclusion, and talent acquisition
  • Experience supporting corporate or enterprise-level functions in a complex organization
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
Skills
  • Strategic HR leadership and business acumen
