Job Overview
Search Solution Group is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner - Corporate Functions on behalf of our client, a global supplier of advanced technologies and performance materials serving industries including electronics, healthcare, and aerospace. This role serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leaders across Corporate Functions, driving talent strategies that support business objectives, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure effective people practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leaders across Finance, Legal, Digital, Commercial & Strategy, and Human Resources
- Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, influencing decisions and challenging the status quo when appropriate
- Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business strategies and long-term goals
- Lead organizational design efforts to ensure the business is positioned for future growth
- Partner with leaders to address workforce and talent challenges and drive business outcomes
- Oversee annual planning for workforce resourcing, rewards, and learning and development initiatives
- Facilitate organizational and talent reviews to strengthen leadership capability and bench strength
- Leverage data and analytics to enhance organizational effectiveness and workforce planning
- Coach leaders on performance management, team development, and inclusive leadership practices
- Identify opportunities to improve employee engagement, productivity, and retention
- Support leadership in developing and executing effective employee communication strategies
- Coach leaders to strengthen strategic vision and execution capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Strong background in HR business partnering, talent management, succession planning, inclusion, and talent acquisition
- Experience supporting corporate or enterprise-level functions in a complex organization
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
- Strategic HR leadership and business acumen
- Organizational development and change management
- Executive‑level coaching and stakeholder influence
- Workforce planning and talent strategy development
- Data‑driven decision‑making and analytics
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- SHRM‑SCP, SPHR, or similar certifications preferred

- Operating effectively in matrixed and global environments
