We are hiring a Campus Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst to join a lean and fast-paced recruiting operations team (4 members). This is an Analyst-level role supporting high-volume campus hiring initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of corporate experience (up to 5 years max) in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition. This is not an entry-level/associate role.

This team manages campus hiring logistics, including Superdays and onboarding processes, ensuring candidates are fully cleared and ready before their start dates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage high-volume campus hiring logistics, including 3–5 Superdays per week during peak season
  • Support hiring of approximately 70–80 hires per season
  • Generate and process employment offer documentation
  • Partner with external immigration counsel as needed
  • Own the post-offer, pre-hire process to ensure candidates are cleared and ready to start
  • Collaborate with background screening teams to ensure compliance
  • Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate tracking in systems (Workday experience is a plus)
  • Ensure seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
What the Client is Looking For Required
  • 2–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition (5 years max)
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume corporate environment
  • Strong attention to detail and operational excellence
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities during peak hiring seasons
  • Must have long-term U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship available)
Preferred
  • HR background strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting campus recruiting or early career programs
  • Workday experience is a plus
  • Agency recruiting background is welcome
  • Experience handling offers documentation and onboarding processes
