- Coordinate U.S. and global immigration processes for new hires, current employees, and international transfers
- Partner with employees, talent acquisition, and business partners to gather required information and documentation
- Gather and confirm completeness and accuracy of immigration documentation and employee information
- Monitor immigration case status, key dates, expiration dates, and other milestones
- Escalate issues and potential compliance concerns as needed
- Maintain accurate immigration records and update internal systems and databases throughout the immigration lifecycle
- Partner with immigration counsel and vendors to initiate, coordinate, and track immigration cases
- Support immigration compliance activities, including audits, reporting, and maintenance of required documentation and records
- Compile and analyze immigration data for scorecards, reporting, and other analysis
- Provide timely, service-oriented communication regarding immigration processes, requirements, and next steps
- Contribute ideas and participate in ongoing enhancements to service delivery and immigration processes
- Assist with ad hoc global mobility and immigration projects
- Previous experience in U.S. or global immigration, global mobility, human resources operations, onboarding, or a related field
- Experience working with confidential employee information and maintaining accurate records in a compliance-focused environment
- Highly organized and diligent, with attention to detail and willingness to follow through to completeness
- Strong problem-solving skills when the path forward may not be clear
- Ability to prioritize work in alignment with client and business needs
- Sensitivity to working with confidential and personal information
- Self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees, business partners, vendors, and external counsel
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft products and HCM systems or other complex, multi-faceted systems and processes
Demonstrates expertise in U.S. and global immigration processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy in documentation while effectively collaborating with employees and external partners. Proficient in managing immigration records and data analysis to support organizational needs.
