JOB DESCRIPTION Wilmington, DE

Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm As a Benefits Analyst on the Global Benefits Strategy team within People & Culture, you will play an important role in the administration, analysis, and ongoing improvement of CSC's employee benefits programs, with a primary focus on U.S. benefits. You will support the management of CSC's U.S. benefits programs, including healthcare and retirement benefits, while partnering with brokers, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure programs are effectively administered, competitive, and aligned with business and employee needs.

A key part of this role will be supporting annual U.S. benefits renewals, analyzing plan and market data, and helping develop recommendations and improvements. Throughout the year, you will also have opportunities to contribute to broader benefits initiatives and projects across CSC, including global benefits, time and absence, and Total Rewards. While U.S. benefits experience is essential, exposure to global or multi-country benefits is a plus.

We are looking for someone who is curious, collaborative, and interested in expanding their knowledge of benefits programs across different countries and regions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for U.S. employee benefits, including healthcare, 401(k), and other benefit programs.
  • Support and lead key activities related to annual U.S. benefits renewals, including data analysis, plan reviews, benchmarking, vendor coordination, and recommendations.
  • Partner with brokers, consultants, and benefits vendors to manage ongoing relationships, resolve issues, and support benefits initiatives.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and understand business and employee needs related to benefits.
  • Analyze benefits data, market trends, employee feedback, and other information to identify opportunities and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Participate in benefits projects and initiatives of varying scope and duration, from short-term research projects to larger initiatives that may span a year or more.
  • Research benefits practices, legislation, and market trends across the U.S. and other countries to support CSC's global benefits programs.
  • Support broader team initiatives, which may include global benefits programs, time and absence, and Total Rewards.
  • Assist with time and absence initiatives, including researching legislation and helping determine appropriate changes to CSC programs and practices.
  • Support Total Rewards initiatives through analysis of the overall cost and value of employee benefits programs.
  • Prepare findings, analysis, recommendations, and communications for internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing administration of benefits programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor benefits-related regulatory and market developments to help ensure programs remain competitive and compliant.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of employee and benefits-related information.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in employee benefits, with significant experience supporting U.S. benefits programs, including healthcare and retirement/401(k) programs.
  • Exposure to global or multi-country benefits programs is a plus, but not required; willingness and ability to learn global benefits practices is important.
  • Experience supporting or leading benefits renewals, plan reviews, benchmarking, or related benefits projects.
  • Experience working with benefits brokers, consultants, advisors, and/or vendors.
  • Experience analyzing benefits data and developing recommendations based on findings.
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate benefits terminology, concepts, and industry practices.
  • Experience presenting information, analysis, or recommendations to internal stakeholders and/or leadership.
  • Exposure to time and absence or broader Total Rewards programs is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HRIS/HCM systems and benefits technology.
Required Competencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects…
