Voice, Senior Associate

You will help shape how we listen to employees and turn feedback into meaningful action. In this role, you will collaborate with partners across Human Resources and the broader organization to deliver high-quality surveys and listening programs. Your work will support our Employee Opinion Survey and other life-cycle surveys, helping leaders understand culture, management practices, and employee experience.

As a Senior Associate, Employee Voice within the HR CDAO organization, you will be responsible for supporting the firmwide employee listening strategy as a survey subject matter expert (SME). This person will partner with numerous stakeholders within the firm, as well as with vendors, in the design, implementation, ongoing administration and results analysis of surveys and other related listening projects. This role will be critical in supporting efforts for the firmwide Employee Opinion Survey and other life-cycle surveys.

This person will take an active role in interpreting and communicating survey results across the firm and in developing actionable insights about the firm’s culture, management practices and employee experience.

This position reports to the Employee Voice Data Management Director within the HR CDAO organization. You will collaborate closely with workforce data partners to integrate employee listening data with broader employee data platforms.

• Support the implementation of the firmwide Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) by managing a defined workstream
• Support additional surveys within the listening strategy, including survey design, deployment, data management and insight generation
• Consult and advise as a survey SME on questionnaire content, administration and analytics/reporting for surveys conducted across the firm
• Partner with stakeholders to develop or enhance survey tools to meet evolving data and information needs
• Analyze and interpret employee survey and related research data to identify actionable insights on firmwide culture and the employee experience; elevate key themes to leadership teams and other stakeholders
• Produce executive-ready deliverables tailored to senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with Workforce Data to maximize the value of employee data through effective integration with new platforms
• Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Communications, Technology, Analytics Advisors) to coordinate survey execution and enable adoption of insights
• Enable the HR Advisory community with guidance, materials and insights so they can effectively support clients in understanding and using employee data

• Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Statistics or other Behavioral Science
• 5 years of professional experience supporting survey research, employee listening, or related analytics work
• Knowledge of research methods and prior experience creating and administering measurement tools, especially surveys
• Demonstrated ability to manage and manipulate large data sets in Excel is required
• Ability to identify and communicate critical insights through appealing data visualizations (Pitch Pro+)
• Proficiency in at least one statistical analysis tool (e.g., R, Python)
• Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
• Strong attention to detail and strong commitment to accuracy
