Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Strategist
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: Up to $100,000 base salary
Position OverviewA global, industry-leading professional services organization is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to join its digital marketing team. This role will lead the development of data-driven, multichannel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and demand.
This individual will act as a lead strategist
, partnering with business unit marketing leaders to design programs that balance brand visibility with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) precision
. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, analytical depth, and a strong interest in how AI is transforming search, discovery, and digital engagement
.
- Design and execute integrated digital marketing programs aligned with business and revenue objectives
- Leverage paid media, SEO, email automation, and webinars to drive both broad-based and targeted initiatives
- Balance brand awareness efforts with highly targeted ABM strategies
- Develop ABM programs using platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense, Influ2, and similar tools
- Use intent data and predictive insights to personalize engagement for high-value accounts
- Align marketing performance and reporting with Salesforce to support pipeline growth
- Use Hub Spot as the core platform for campaign deployment, automation, and reporting
- Build and optimize nurture programs, segmentation strategies, and lifecycle workflows
- Leverage behavioral and CRM data to enhance targeting and lead scoring
- Apply AI tools and methodologies to improve marketing personalization and performance
- Help prepare digital channels for AI-powered search and discovery (AIO/GEO)
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and champion innovation across the marketing function
- Track and analyze performance using Hub Spot, Salesforce, GA4, and other analytics tools
- Translate data into actionable insights that improve ROI and campaign effectiveness
- Share best practices and performance learnings across cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business required
- 7+ years of B2B digital marketing experience
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- AI in marketing and AI-powered search/discovery (AIO/GEO)
- Digital campaign strategy and marketing funnels
- Hub Spot marketing automation
- SEO, paid media, and webinars
- Analytical mindset with the ability to connect marketing performance to business outcomes
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
