Senior Analyst, Information Security

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 7 to 9 years of experience in IT, IAM, or Cyber Security; 10+ years preferred.
• At least 5 years working with industry-standard IGA solutions such as SailPoint or Saviynt.
• Profound understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Governance principles.
• Extensive knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, LDAP, Redhat Identity solutions, and SSO.
• Practical experience with IGA tools like SailPoint or Saviynt.
• Proven experience with PAM Solutions, especially Delinea, including deployment and integrations.
• Strong comprehension of identity lifecycle, RBAC, and policy-based access controls.
• In-depth understanding of Conditional Access policies and MFA configurations.
• Demonstrated capability to lead identity and security initiatives and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST or ISO and compliance regulations like SOX or CMMC.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools, preferably Power Shell or Python.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and identity verification techniques.
• Experience with audits and compliance in regulated environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Identity Governance initiatives, including the implementation of an IGA platform and PAM.
• Design, implement, and manage identity governance controls to streamline user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access requests.
• Develop and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) to ensure least privilege access.
• Document standard operating procedures and configurations for IGA technologies.
• Investigate identity-related incidents and maintain an audit trail of data access events.
• Collaborate with IT and HR to enhance identity lifecycle processes.
• Align Identity Governance efforts with compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor orphan accounts, access violations, and segregation of duties conflicts.
• Provide Tier 3 support for identity issues and incidents.
• Automate workflows utilizing scripting languages like Power Shell or Python.
• Manage the User Access Review (UAR) process and ensure evidence of authorization is stored properly.
• Assist IT partners in designing Identity and Access Management solutions.
• Support the migration and architecture of PAM solutions configured for regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated with emerging IAM, PAM, and IGA technologies and practices.
