Helpdesk-- Wilmington DE

Overview

6 months assignment. Desktop Support Specialist 3 (DSS3). Onsite (Must be within an hour of Wilmington and will have to pay for parking). In person interviews only.

• Respond to help desk tickets.
• Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.
• Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, computer conferencing systems, and administrative systems.
• Build and configure new user workstation equipment (PC, desktop image, phone, peripherals, software, user accounts).
• Troubleshoot basic network, software, and printing problems.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• Must have customer service experience.
