We are looking for a strong Scrum Master based in Wilmington, Delaware with experience in driving artificial intelligence and prompt engineering projects

• 6+ years of experience as a SCRUM Master
  , Agile facilitator, or in a similar leadership role, leading cross-functional teams in data, analytics, or technology environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban, etc.) and servant leadership, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects from inception to execution.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analytics, deployments, and AI/BI tooling.
• Proven experience in utilizing data analytics to plan, analyze, and make inferences from data to offer continuous insight.
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and other software applications to improve processes and communicate effectively.
• Experience in team building and fostering an inclusive environment, with a focus on coaching, delegation, and professional growth.
• Experience integrating artificial intelligence solutions to enhance team outcomes and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Experience implementing automation to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency.
• Experience working with dashboard tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Agile certifications (e.g., Certified SCRUM Master, PMI-ACP) are a plus.

• Facilitate all SCRUM ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) for the Data & Analytics team, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team’s progress, proactively addressing issues to maintain momentum and productivity.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements, priorities, and business objectives, especially as they relate to data analytics and reporting.
• Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity), providing transparency to stakeholders and driving data-driven decision-making.
• Manage implementation of analytics and reporting initiatives, supporting the team in delivering impactful solutions.
• Promote a culture of inclusivity and psychological safety, encouraging open communication, constructive feedback, and creative problem-solving.
• Ensure all team activities comply with Risk, Control, and other relevant firm-wide guidelines, maintaining a strong control environment.
