Wilmington, DE - ONSITE

Shift: Monday through Friday: 8 am to 5 pm

Desktop Set Up for buildings

Part-time temporary

• Install, configure, troubleshoot desktop and workstation equipment and software, including telephones, desktop/laptop computers (Microsoft and Apple) and printers.
• Handle equipment installation and moves with little or no supervision.
• Identify, analyze and resolve basic troubleshooting items but defer to supervisor or Level 1 tech for more complex hardware issues.
• Work well under supervision.
• Training will be provided.

• Install all the equipment that has been staged by the Level 1 Team.
• Document work for what equipment was successfully installed and any errors that occur, within the provided Smart Sheets link.

• Distribute and stage each desk with the necessary equipment.
• Standard desk includes two monitors, VDI, camera, and peripherals.
• There will be additional equipment for each trader desk.
• Document work within provided Smart Sheets link: what equipment has been staged at what desk.
