Overview
A top litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Support Analyst to join the team!
Who You Are- You have 2+ years of litigation support and discovery experience
- Understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model and litigation workflows
- Skilled in handling data and modifying load files for documents and images
- Able to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Strong communicator with experience supporting and training legal teams
- Familiar with tools such as Ipro, Concordance, Summation, Relativity, Everlaw, or Disco;
Nuix Discover is a plus
- Set up and manage document review platforms and databases
- Process and structure incoming data for case use
- Run targeted searches to identify key information
- Conduct quality checks and prepare materials for production
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support end users
- Coordinate with legal teams to align workflows with case needs
- Accurate, timely delivery of review-ready and production data
- Reliable platform performance with minimal disruption
- Clear, effective support for legal stakeholders
- Consistent execution across multiple active matters
Salary Range: $70,000 – 90,000 annually, based on experience
Location: Wilmington, DE – Hybrid
