Roles & Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions
- Create architecture diagrams, integration patterns, and technical specifications
- Lead Salesforce–SAP integrations for customer/material master data and Order-to-Cash processes
- Manage real-time and batch integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
- Define enterprise data strategies and support data governance initiatives
- Lead data migration and reconciliation activities
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and implementation
- Work on tickets, enhancements, and project deliverables as required
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud
- Experience in Salesforce and SAP (ECC/S4 HANA) integration
- Knowledge of APIs, middleware, and ETL tools for real-time and batch integrations
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, integrations, security, and analytics
- Experience in large-scale data migration, transformation, mapping, and loading
- Ability to define auditability and reconciliation approaches for critical data flows
- Understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, pricing, inventory, and availability workflows
- Experience working in Agile environments
