Responsibilities- Analyze and define business requirements and functional or operational specifications for small to moderate sized projects of limited complexity.
- Formulate and define system scope and objectives, interfacing with all areas of IT on behalf of the business to resolve IT matters and improve business processes.
- Collect and define business or functional requirements and translate them into functional design, test planning, and user documentation processes.
- Support testing of new or enhanced applications and/or systems, including case development, requirement traceability analysis, test preparation, script writing, and functional test execution.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
- Technical experience preferred.
- Ability to use general knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements and BNY Mellon corporate policies involving risk and control to support the development of improved business processes through technology.
- No direct reports; may provide guidance to less experienced colleagues.

Base salary for this position varies based on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. It may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan and participate in company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans. Other benefits such as vacation and sick leave may also apply.
