Overview:
We are seeking a talented UX Designer with strong expertise in creating intuitive, scalable, and user-centric designs. The ideal candidate has a passion for UI/UX design, usability, and accessibility, ensuring that products not only look great but also work seamlessly for all users.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver high-quality UI/UX solutions that prioritize usability and clarity.
  • Work with Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect designs.
  • Develop and maintain design systems that can scale and evolve with the product.
  • Ensure designs follow WCAG accessibility standards, supporting inclusivity for all users.
  • Create responsive layouts for mobile, tablet, and desktop experiences.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into user-focused interfaces.
  • Build designs that are adaptable, maintainable, and easily extendable for future growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in UI/UX design with domain knowledge in instruments or complex systems.
  • Strong proficiency with Figma and modern design collaboration tools.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and ability to apply them in practice.
  • Demonstrated experience designing for mobile and tablet applications.
  • Knowledge of user-centered design principles and ability to balance usability with visual appeal.
  • Experience building and working within design systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with engineers and product managers.
