Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Strategy & Data Insights Analyst I. The Strategy & Data Insights Analyst II supports Nemours Children's Health by delivering high‑quality analytics, strategic insights, and supports alignment and optimization efforts across the organization. This role ensures accurate, actionable data is available to drive enterprise strategy, clinical excellence, and operational performance.
Primary Responsibilities- Partner with clinical, operational, and enterprise stakeholders to identify benchmarks, interpret performance, and guide improvement efforts.
- Analyze and translate complex data to support strategic and organizational decision‑making.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytic tools across EPIC, Qlik Sense, and Excel.
- Maintain timely external state data integration (AHCA, PHC4, etc.).
- Ensure data integrity through testing, documentation, and quality assurance activities.
- Serve as a data standards liaison and provide training to stakeholders.
- Support enterprise strategy and market positioning with internal and external environmental analyses.
- Deliver ad‑hoc analytics to meet evolving organizational needs.
- Support patient care and operational needs by assisting with data analyses and generating accurate reports using Microsoft Excel and other analytic tools; prior Qlik Sense, Intermediate Excel and EPIC knowledge preferred.
- Use geospatial analysis tools (ESRI ArcGIS) to create clear, compelling visualizations for leadership presentations.
- Help educate and inform stakeholders by explaining report contents, metric definitions, and data updates to leaders and data owners.
- Support project reporting activities by compiling weekly and monthly updates, documenting progress, identifying issues, and communicating follow‑up needs to project teams.
- Build effective working relationships with colleagues across clinical, operational, and enterprise areas to understand data needs and ensure accurate information flow.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity by conducting routine validation, testing, and documentation of analysis and reporting outputs.
- Communicate clearly and professionally to translate data findings into simple, understandable insights for various audiences.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 3 years relevant experience required;
Experience in a clinical setting. - Analytically oriented with strong communication skills.
