Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant with strong knowledge of Procurement (Purchasing), Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contracts, Buying, and Invoicing processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile- Understand business requirements
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues
- Perform root cause analysis
- Work with procurement teams, suppliers, and technical teams
- Support and improve SAP Ariba processes from sourcing to payment
- 7+ years of SAP Ariba experience; strong functional knowledge of procurement processes
- Experience with multiple Ariba modules
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable handling production support and enhancement projects
- Able to work onsite 5 days/week in DC, DE, or NJ.
- Support SAP Ariba modules such as:
- Strategic Sourcing
- Contracts
- Buying & Invoicing
- Ariba Network
- Guided Buying
- Guided Sourcing
- Investigate production issues and find root causes.
- Resolve system, process, supplier, and integration-related problems.
- Work with business users, suppliers, and technical teams to close issues.
- Gather requirements from procurement stakeholders.
- Convert business needs into functional specifications.
- Recommend process improvements and best practices.
- Support:
- Configuration
- Testing
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Go-Live support
- Troubleshoot integrations between:
- SAP Ariba
- SAP ECC
- Ariba Network
- Other procurement systems
- Resolve supplier issues related to:
- Catalogs
- Purchase Orders (POs)
- Ariba Network transactions
- Create:
- Functional specifications
- Process flow diagrams
- Test scripts
- Solution recommendations
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules:
- Sourcing
- Contracts
- Buying
- Invoicing
- Ariba Network
- Guided Buying
- Guided Sourcing
- Good understanding of:
- Source-to-Pay (S2P)
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Experience with:
- SAP Ariba & SAP ECC integrations
- Root cause analysis
- Production support
- Problem-solving abilities
- Experience with:
- Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI)
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools
