Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS) or Tivoli Workload Scheduler.
• Experience in enterprise job scheduling concepts: job streams, calendars, dependencies, event-based scheduling.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
• Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, Bash, or similar) is an advantage.
• Understanding of databases (Oracle, SQL Server) from a scheduler integration perspective.

Process Tools Experience

• Working in 24x7 production support environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Experience with ticketing tools such as Service Now.
