Senior Service Now Architect
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior Service Now Architect to lead the strategy, design, implementation, and governance of its enterprise Service Now platform. This individual will serve as the technical authority for the platform, driving architecture decisions across CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, IRM, and Vulnerability Response. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performing Service Now solutions, while ensuring platform health, governance, and alignment with enterprise technology objectives.
This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical teams to deliver innovative solutions, optimize platform performance, and support long-term digital transformation initiatives.
