Power Platform Senior Developer Lead

As the Power Platform Senior Developer Lead in our organization, you will modernize collaboration and business processes by promoting high-impact SharePoint Online migrations and delivering innovative, cloud-first solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Forms.

• Architect, develop, test, and maintain robust business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, primarily Power Apps (both model-driven and canvas apps), and Power Automate for automation of business processes.
• Collaborate with business units and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical designs for solutions that integrate with existing enterprise systems and advance organizational goals.
• Lead or participate in the planning and execution of migrations from legacy Info Path forms and workflows to modern Power Platform solutions, ensuring data integrity, minimal downtime, and enhanced user experience.
• Design, develop, and maintain advanced workflows, custom connectors, and app integrations in SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online environments, emphasizing security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Perform advanced administration of SharePoint, including configuration, content management, permissions, site collections, and troubleshooting technical issues across hybrid environments.
• Implement secure integration with Entra  (Azure Active Directory) for authentication, authorization, claims-based access, and conditional access policies in all solutions, collaborating with security stakeholders as needed.
• Utilize Power Shell and other automation/scripting tools to manage, monitor, and report on SharePoint, Entra , and Power Platform activities.
• Ensure ongoing support, optimization, and troubleshooting for Power Platform apps, flows, Info Path & SharePoint Designer migrations, SharePoint sites, and Entra .
• Create and maintain thorough solution documentation, migration guides, technical diagrams, test plans, and end-user training materials.
• Foster effective cross-functional communication and collaboration, serving as a subject matter expert and providing technical guidance to stakeholders.

• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps model-driven and canvas apps, advanced Power Automate, Power BI).
• Deep technical expertise in designing and migrating Info Path forms and workflows to Power Platform solutions, including hands-on migration planning, mapping, and validation.
• Advanced skills in SharePoint On-Premises (2013/2016/2019+) and SharePoint Online administration, site design, list/library management, workflow and security configuration, SharePoint REST APIs, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with integration and management of Entra  (Azure AD), including conditional access, SSO, security group administration, and policy enforcement.
• Proficiency in Power Shell and scripting for automation of administrative tasks across SharePoint, Entra , and Power Platform environments.
• Strong grasp of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance best practices
  , with demonstrated ability to implement data loss prevention, retention policies, and compliance center controls.
• Exposure to RESTful API development and integration techniques.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and resolve complex technical issues.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing high-quality documentation and engaging productively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-100, PL-400, MS-600, or equivalent for Power Platform, SharePoint, or Azure technologies.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale Info Path to Power Platform migration projects and hybrid cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps
  , Microsoft Graph API
  , and extending Microsoft 365 with advanced automation.
• Experience with additional Microsoft 365 workloads (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, One Drive) and cross-platform integrations.
