Responsibilities
- Define and execute MES strategy across global manufacturing network
- Own vision, architecture and roadmap of modern MES capabilities
- Enable manufacturing operations with AI
- Manage end-to-end delivery using Dev Ops models
- Architect integrations across MES, ERP and other systems
- Build and lead a globally distributed team
- Communicate strategy and lead change management
- 10+ years in manufacturing IT/OT
- Experience delivering MES
- Leading globally distributed teams
- Modernizing MES at multiple sites
- Hands‑on experience with leading MES platforms
- Experience with AI/ML in manufacturing operations
- ISA‑95 / ISA‑88 knowledge
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Engineering discipline required
- Fluent English required
Demonstrates expertise in defining and executing MES strategy, managing end-to-end delivery using Dev Ops models, and leading globally distributed teams. Proficient in modernizing MES capabilities and integrating AI/ML into manufacturing operations.
