Desktop Support Specialist 3 (DSS3)

Category SummaryThe Desktop Support Specialist supports in‑house teams and is the point of contact for helpdesk tickets.
Role Description- Respond to help desk tickets.
- Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.
- Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, computer conferencing systems, and administrative systems.
- Build and configure new user workstation equipment (PC, desktop image, phone, peripherals, software, user accounts).
- Troubleshoot basic network, software, and printing problems.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Must have customer service experience.
