Knowledge Management Counsel - Employment

For our client, we are seeking a Knowledge Management Counsel - Employment to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. Location:

Wilmington, DE - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $250,000 – $350,000 annually

• Independently formulate, assess, prioritize, and update the Employment KM plan
• Design and execute KM projects to improve practice efficiency and knowledge sharing
• Develop Employment-specific GenAI workflows and knowledge resources
• Engage directly with clients to present on Employment-related GenAI use cases
• Curate and maintain Employment precedents and knowledge assets
• Analyze legal and regulatory developments in Employment law Draft and manage Employment-focused client alerts and thought leadership pieces

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school; admission to state bar required
• 10+ years of experience in Employment Law, with KM and legal practice innovation experience
• Deep familiarity with Employment law workflows, particularly in cross-border transactions
• Strong capacity for generating thought leadership and client-facing content
• Experience with GenAI tools and prompt development is strongly preferred
