JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex enterprise technology initiatives across multiple engineering teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent program management skills, and the ability to bridge business strategy with technical execution.

This role requires someone who can drive cross-functional collaboration, provide technical leadership, manage enterprise-scale programs, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with architectural and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, understand, and guide complex enterprise system architectures across application, integration, and infrastructure domains.
  • Serve as the technical escalation point for production issues by leading root cause analysis and driving long-term corrective actions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate technical trade-offs involving scalability, security, performance, and cost.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering through deployment and post-production support.
  • Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards while proactively identifying technical risks and gaps.
  • Translate business requirements into well-defined technical solutions that engineering teams can execute effectively.
  • Review architectural and design decisions to minimize technical debt and improve long-term maintainability.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Support teams to enhance system reliability, monitoring, observability, and incident response.
  • Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to business and executive stakeholders.

Program & Delivery Management

  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream technical programs.
  • Coordinate efforts across Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Product, and Business teams.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, including:
    Milestones, Dependencies, Risks, Resource planning
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technical, delivery, and integration risks.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability to ensure delivery commitments are achieved.
  • Facilitate technical decision-making sessions and remove delivery roadblocks.
  • Provide executive-level status reporting, highlighting risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and key decisions.
  • Manage impacts to scope, schedule, and budget resulting from evolving technical requirements.
  • Ensure program execution aligns with enterprise priorities, architectural standards, and operational readiness.
  • Lead post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned to improve future program delivery.
  • Act as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution to deliver measurable business value.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience leading enterprise-scale technical programs.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise application architecture, systems integration, and infrastructure.
  • Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams across multiple work streams.
  • Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Experience with enterprise architecture principles and governance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
