Desktop Support Specialist 3 (DSS3)
6 months assignment Onsite (Must be within an hour of Wilmington and will have to pay for parking) In person interviews only
The Desktop Support Specialist (DSS) supports in-house teams and responds to helpdesk tickets. Role description:
- Respond to help desk tickets
- Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software
- Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, computer conferencing systems, and administrative systems
- Build and configure new user workstation equipment (PC, desktop image, phone, peripherals, software, user accounts)
- Troubleshoot basic network, software, and printing problems
Minimum of 3 years' experience Must have customer service experience
