Desktop Support Technician

Rate: $20 - $25/HR
This is a client printer tech position. Candidate should be knowledgeable with client printer repair for CCHS in Newark or Wilmington DE.
Repairing client printers, desktops, and laptops onsite at Christianacare Hospital either Newark or Wilmington DE.
Top two:
Good customer service skills and the ability to be prompt and punctual with attendance.
Schedule:
Monday thru Friday 8 to 5 with a rotating on call schedule for evenings and weekends.
Will there be on call (OC) or differentials? Yes OC.
How many overall years of experience should this person have? 2 to 3.
Do they need any specific certifications or education? A+ cert, also client printer experience is a plus.
If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $22 - $25/HR.
How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? This is a dedicated onsite position, with very little driving.
What radius range should candidates be located from the job location? Within 30 minutes.
