Project Manager
Location:
Wilmington, DE (Onsite Day
1) Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Description/Comment:
- Strong communication skills
- 4 years of experience as a Project Manager (business or technology) in an Agile environment
- Ability to collaborate across teams
- Ability to withstand pressure and deal with pivots in direction will be key
- Technical background preferred, but not required
- Agile Project Manager Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal effectiveness are critical to success
- Big picture, strategic thinking
- Advocate on behalf of the business, based on an in-depth understanding of their needs
- Ability to delegate and not manage vertically
- Serve as coach for the project managers on the program and assist in their development
- Deep product knowledge and ability to build relationships with senior leaders
- Strong agile knowledge including industry toolsets (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, etc) as well as agile forums and ceremonies (e.g. Q , EMR, OKRs, etc)
