Command Center Analyst

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Command Center Analyst to join their 24/7 Operations team in Wilmington, DE. This individual will monitor enterprise infrastructure and network health using Solar Winds and other monitoring tools, investigate and respond to alerts, execute automation and scheduled jobs, perform backup and recovery activities, support Active Directory requests, and coordinate issue resolution with vendors and internal support teams while maintaining accurate ticketing and documentation across a global environment.

• 1+ year of experience in a NOC, Command Center, Operations Center, Infrastructure Support, or similar IT support environment
• Experience utilizing enterprise monitoring tools such as Solar Winds, Netcool, Spectrum, or similar platforms
• Experience working within a ticketing system and managing incident queues/escalations
• Experience supporting Active Directory environments and performing basic account administration
• Experience with backup and restore processes, along with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Power Shell and/or Bash scripting experience
• Networking knowledge including routers, switches, ports, and BGP fundamentals
• Linux experience and familiarity with command-line functions
• Group Policy experience
• Experience with Solar Winds, Service Now, Rubrik, Commvault, Net App, or Tidal
• Data center operations/support experience
