Computer Enterprises, Inc. (CEI) is seeking a talented NOC Analyst to join our Client's dynamic team.

• This is a long-term contract, with an initial term through 2026 but is planned for 2027 extension and would ideally convert to FTE
• Pay range of $26-29/hr on W2 and eligible to sign up for benefits(Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k) on day 1
• Onsite position5days/wkin Wilmington, DE
• This team is 24/7/365 and has two openings. Training schedule is Monday-Friday during 1st shift and lasts 3 weeks. After that, the schedule would be either Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday
  o 1st shift schedule of 7:00am-3:30pm
  o 3rd shift schedule of 11pm-7:30am

• Monitor and maintained network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Respond promptly to network incidents, leveraging Solar Winds for real-time troubleshooting and resolution to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network upgrades and improvements.
• Utilize Solar Winds monitoring tools to analyze network traffic, identify potential issues, and proactively address them before impacting operations.

  Tidal Workload Automation for job scheduling and completion of requests, streamlining operational processes.
• Utilize
  
  PuTTy for secure shell access to troubleshoot and configure routers and switches
• AdministerVMWare vSphere for remotely accessing servers to troubleshoot outages and configure applications on desired virtual machines.
• Employ Commvault to perform backups of all servers, ensuring company data integrity and security.
• Process files in Reinsurance GO, contributing to efficient file management and supporting reinsurance operations.
• Document network configurations, changes, and incidents using Solar Winds and Tidal for comprehensive tracking and analysis.
• Participate in on-call rotations, providing 24/7 support for critical network issues.
• Monitor and manageIT infrastructure using Service Now to track incidents, changes, and service requests, ensuring efficient resolution and adherence to SLAs.
• Implemented and maintained Thycotic - Secret Server for privileged access management, safeguarding sensitive information and ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations.
• Utilize Go Anywhere  for secure file transfers and automation, streamlining operational workflows and enhancing data security.
• Manage user authentication and access control using DUO Admin, enhancing the organization's cybersecurity posture.
• Configure and support Citrix Receiver and Citrix Director for virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), providing seamless remote access and efficient desktop management.
• Manage voicemail systems using Cisco Unity, ensuring reliable communication services for the organization.
