Quant Analytics Manager - Credit Card Marketing - Vice President

Help shape how data and insights drive decisions across our Credit Card business. You'll tackle high-impact problems end-to-end-translating business questions into analytical approaches and communicating insights that influence strategy and outcomes. You'll join a collaborative team where your work can directly improve customer and business experiences through responsible, scalable analytics.

As an Analytics Manager in our Credit Card marketing analytics team, you'll generate targeted marketing lists that support co-brand partner campaigns and help ensure the right customers receive the right offers. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and partner stakeholders to align targeting to campaign goals, while maintaining strong data quality and compliance standards. You'll also bring a multi-channel analytics mindset to uncover insights and optimize campaign performance.

You'll use SAS, Snowflake, and Python to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources, and you'll help build repeatable, automated workflows that enable scalable execution. You'll be a trusted partner who can connect analytics work to business decisions, and you'll support the team by coaching and mentoring analysts.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize marketing lists for co-brand credit card campaigns, ensuring accuracy and alignment to partner requirements
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to understand campaign objectives, target segments, and business goals
• Apply credit card marketing knowledge (acquisition, retention, cross-sell) to inform list generation and segmentation strategies
• Use SAS, Snowflake, and Python to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Design and implement automated workflows for list generation and campaign tracking
• Validate data quality and apply controls to support privacy and regulatory compliance in marketing activities
• Deliver insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and customer targeting
• Document processes and maintain clear communication with internal and external partners
• Coach and mentor analysts on the team

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in credit card marketing or financial services with demonstrated understanding of marketing activities and processes
• Advanced proficiency in SAS for data manipulation and analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Snowflake for data extraction and analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience working with data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements in marketing
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment

• Experience supporting credit card partnerships or partner-led marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with campaign management tools and customer relationship management platforms
• Knowledge of customer segmentation and marketing analytics techniques
• Experience with predictive modeling to support targeting and optimization
• Experience applying multi-channel marketing analytics to improve campaign performance
