We are seeking a talented Associate Solicitor (2–5 years PQE) to join highly regarded Regional Dispute Resolution Group
, based in Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious solicitor to work within a thriving team, handling a broad range of high-quality disputes.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team culture.
• Manage a varied caseload of professional negligence and commercial dispute resolution matters
  , which may include:
  • Banking and finance litigation
  • Commercial and contractual disputes
  • Negligence claims
  • Shareholder disputes
  • Defamation
  • Judicial review
  • Contentious insolvency
• Take responsibility—under supervision—for your own files and fee targets, while also providing assistance to other team members when required.
• Work proactively to meet departmental targets, including billing, matter-related time recording, and fees, as set by the Head of Department.

• Have 2–5 years post‑qualification experience in dispute resolution (or a closely related area).
• Demonstrate strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and sound judgment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, with excellent client‑care skills.
• Thrive within a busy team environment and be committed to high standards of service.
