Legal Project Manager - Corporate Governance

Description

A top-tier, nationally recognized law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Governance Legal Project Manager to support a sophisticated corporate governance and securities litigation practice. This is a senior-level role combining high-level litigation paralegal and legal project management responsibilities on complex, high-profile matters.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys and internal teams while serving as a central coordinator for case strategy, deadlines, and workflow execution. Requirements

- Manage complex corporate governance and securities litigation matters

- Oversee case dockets, including Delaware Chancery Court matters

- Draft, proofread, and cite-check key filings and legal documents

- Conduct legal and factual research (Westlaw, Lexis Nexis, PACER)

- Coordinate depositions, hearings, trials, and client meetings

- Track deadlines, manage case workflows, and support attorneys with case management

- Serve as a key point of contact to ensure teams stay aligned and on schedule

- Maintain case databases, expense tracking, and internal systems

- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals across offices

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of litigation paralegal experience

- Strong Blue booking and cite-checking experience required

- Extensive deposition and trial prep experience

- Experience with Delaware Chancery Court is a plus

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

- Excellent communication and multitasking skills

- Proficiency with major legal research platforms and Microsoft Office

- Class action experience a plus
