Apple One is currently seeking an experienced Paralegal to join a leading national law firm specializing in mass tort litigation and defense on behalf of our client. This role is based in the Wilmington office
, with an in-office schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (hybrid flexibility on other days possible).

With more than 100 attorneys across 14 offices in 12 states, the firm serves as national, regional, and trial counsel to Fortune 500 companies in high-risk plaintiff jurisdictions. Clients span industries including energy, construction, manufacturing, technology, transportation, insurance, and liability-related sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paralegal with strong litigation support skills to contribute to complex defense matters in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
$65-85,000/yr (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities- Draft routine legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and production materials as directed by attorneys.
- Manage multiple cases from inception through trial, ensuring effective organization and progress tracking.
- Collect documents from various sources and coordinate document production efforts.
- Collect, organize, analyze, and summarize medical records and other case-related materials.
- Review and analyze documents for relevance and privilege.
- Conduct factual research, document searches, and other investigative support tasks.
- Assist attorneys across all phases of the litigation process with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program (required).
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as a paralegal (preferred), ideally in litigation support.
- Experience supporting all phases of litigation from case initiation through trial.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear, accurate legal documents (pleadings, motions, discovery responses, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and professionalism when interacting with clients, attorneys, and team members.
- Thorough knowledge of the litigation process and ability to assist effectively in all stages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Professional/DC.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently, follow through on tasks, and manage priorities effectively.
- Preferable (but not required) experience in toxic tort or mass tort litigation.
