Litigation Paralegal

JURISolutions is seeking a Paralegal for a full-time opportunity with our boutique law firm client located in Wilmington, Delaware.

This candidate will have experience with litigation motion practice, briefing, discovery, trial and appellate procedures. They should be comfortable assisting attorneys in trial preparation, and interacting with firm members, clients and vendors. Candidates should have experience with cite and fact checking, blue booking, Westlaw, Lexis Nexis, and litigation software programs. Candidates will ideally have experience with Delaware Court of Chancery procedures and electronic filing of documents with Delaware state and federal courts.

This is a full-time direct hire role with our client. The role is hybrid, with a 3 day in office expectation.
