A highly regarded, top AmLaw firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Delaware office and well-established commercial litigation practice.
About The Role
This role offers hands-on responsibility, sophisticated legal writing and research work, and direct involvement in high-stakes business disputes.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters
- Appear before the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Delaware Superior Court
- Collaborate with litigation teams on high-level commercial matters
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation
- Experience in Delaware courts (Court of Chancery)
- Must be admitted to practice in the State of Delaware
💰Compensation: Anticipated salary range: $205,000 – $225,000, commensurate with experience
