Senior Commercial Litigation Associate / Counsel

A growing Wilmington office of a respected national law firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel to join its Commercial Litigation practice. This role is ideal for an experienced litigator with significant experience before the Delaware Court of Chancery and a strong track record handling complex corporate disputes.

The position offers the opportunity to take on substantial responsibility within a sophisticated Delaware-focused litigation platform.

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery
• Draft and argue substantive motions and briefs
• Take and defend depositions
• Manage case strategy and oversee key aspects of litigation
• Assist with trial preparation and participate in trial proceedings

• 7+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Significant experience in the Delaware Court of Chancery
• Superior research and motion drafting abilities
• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Trial and/or substantial trial preparation experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Admitted to practice in Delaware

Salary Range: $240,000 – $260,000 (DOE)
