Maron Marvel is seeking a Legal Billing Specialist to join our Wilmington office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving and time-management skills, with a focus on accurate and timely client billing.
Duties include applying and editing time entries, finalizing billings, monitoring client databases, and performing quality checks. Proficiency with MS Office and experience with legal billing software such as Aderant, 3E or Surepoint are preferred.
