Americas Iso Fleet Coordinator – Supply Chain

Location:

Wilmington, Delaware.

Reports to:

Jaime Matassino, Thermal & Specialized Solutions Americas Supply Chain Manager.

• Lead development and execution of logistics plans and strategies aligned with business supply chain strategies to provide competitive advantage.
• Determine gaps to plan and develop/execut improvement plans to meet Supply Chain needs.
• Monitor activities of contract logistics functions (e.g., ISO cleaning & DOT testing) to assure needs are met.
• Manage ISO transportation equipment fleet (asset management).
• Evaluate, recommend, and manage bulk transportation solutions for new business opportunities.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of Global/Regional Supply Chain data to support efficient monthly SOP process cycle.
• Collaborate with Global Logistics Ops Center/CoE and provide business direction to 3PL Logistics Coordinators.
• Provide functional logistics, data & inventory guidance for resources in Supply Chain, business, at plant sites and in other regions.
• Collaborate with order fulfillment and regional logistics resources to optimize end‑to‑end logistics, data & inventory management and integrate best practices.
• Monitor and report on logistics compliance, quality, cost, and performance metrics defined by the Supply Chain.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills in a cross‑functional setting.
• Solid technical skills in PowerPoint and BW, with advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and formulas.

• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Analytical or Technical role.
• Proficiency with SAP or a similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Basic knowledge of financial, legal, commercial and logistical guidelines/procedures within Chemours and the business unit.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
