SupplySight Field Service Representative - Baltimore​/DC​/Delaware Market

Position Description

The R.S. Hughes Company’s Supply Sight Field Service Representative reports to Sales Management and works closely with the corporate Supply Sight Operations team. The role focuses on maximizing customer experience by ensuring optimal inventory is available and ready for use within their facilities, meeting target KPIs through operational excellence. At least 80% of the time is spent in the field at customer sites, and the representative must adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.

• Provides exceptional customer service by delivering Supply Sight program support at the customer's facility.
• Develops strong relationships with key customer personnel and participates in negotiations to continuously improve the program.
• Acts as a first line of contact to answer questions for customers, supporting product additions, updates, or changes.
• Builds an understanding of major product groupings to effectively service, stock, and present solutions at the customer site.
• Maintains organized inventory per RSH policies, ensuring proper labeling, storage, handling, and packaging, including temperature‑ and time‑sensitive materials.
• Demonstrates strong teamwork and communication by collaborating with the inside operations team and the assigned outside sales representative to ensure the highest level of support.
• Utilizes company vehicles to efficiently resupply onsite Inventory Management programs, maintaining precise inventory levels.
• Services and maintains equipment located at Supply Sight program customer sites.
• Oversees and assists with preparing orders before delivery to customer facilities.
• Performs additional job duties as assigned.

• Minimum high school diploma required; bachelor's degree in supply chain management, merchandising, or a related field highly preferred.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license required.
• At least one year of B2B sales and/or merchandising/operations experience desired.

Target base compensation range: $24.00–$26.00 per hour (DOE). Eligible for the Quarterly Bonus Incentive Program. Full‑time position that includes paid time off, major medical, dental, vision, company‑paid short‑term and long‑term disability, paid parental leave, supplemental benefit plans, and an Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP).
