Overview

FLOOR TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME) at Crothall Healthcare

Location:

Nemours Children's Hospital - 1600 Rockland Road, Wilmington, DE 19803. Online applications accepted only.

Schedule:

Full time Monday through Friday, rotating weekends and holidays; 3:00pm–11:30pm or 11:00pm–7:30am.

Pay Range: $17.50 to $19.00 per hour.

Requirement:
Must have prior floor care experience.

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures on hard floors, including stripping and refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas
• Perform carpet and upholstery procedures including shampooing, damp cleaning, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming, etc.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types
• Other duties as assigned by manager

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role preferred
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs
