We are seeking a dedicated Utility Worker with strong presentation and customer service skills. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication abilities and be capable of working independently while maintaining attention to detail. A positive and enthusiastic approach to all tasks is essential, as is a cheerful and helpful manner when interacting with customers.
Responsibilities- Assemble and prepare food items.
- Engage in general labor tasks as needed.
- Pick and pack items efficiently.
- Wash dishes and ensure cleanliness.
- Clean rooms and dispose of trash properly.
- Assist as a line cook when required.
- Handle food with care and adhere to safety regulations.
- Presentation and customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Cheerful and helpful demeanor when dealing with customers.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 45 lbs.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in assembly and general labor tasks.
- Food preparation and handling skills.
- Experience in picking, packing, and dishwashing.

Work EnvironmentWork at a Starbucks located within JP Morgan Chase. The position operates during the 1st shift from 7 AM to 4 PM. The environment is professional and customer-focused, providing opportunities to engage with a diverse clientele.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilmington, DE.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
